However, if you're more interested in the tech side of things, Apple certainly hasn't been stingy with sales on its most popular gadgets, with markdowns on AirPods, iPads and even MacBooks reaching up to 46% off.
But if you're not eyeing up the brand's accessories, you could be missing out on a deal that our readers have been shopping all weekend long. Right now, everyone's (aka our editors') favorite travel must-have, the Apple AirTag, is on sale for just under $18 — and according to price tracker CamelCamelCamel, it's sitting pretty at its lowest price ever. That's right — ever.
Apple AirTag Cyber Monday deal
If you're an iPhone user, this compact gadget should be an immediate purchase, especially if you're prone to misplacing important items, i.e. a wallet, keys and other can't-make-it-a-day-without essentials.
Simply put, this tiny-but-mighty tool can track down anything via its Bluetooth-enabled Find My app. Using technology like the Precision Find tool (available to select phone models), your phone can lead you to your AirTag if it's close by and can even "ping" the device, which emits sounds thanks to a built-in speaker. For lost items farther away, your tag can point you in the right direction, updating its location in your maps. Also, you don't have to worry about a privacy breach, as the entire process is encrypted and and anonymous, per the brand.
Commerce writer Emma Stessman is one of many on the Shop TODAY team who has been grateful for the security an AirTag provides. "I loved how seamless the AirTag user experience is with other Apple devices," she says. "Because of the brand’s huge customer base, you can locate your items even if they’re halfway around the world from you — as long as there’s an Apple device nearby."
